Navigating the complicated process of city permitting and regulations can be tricky.  We will work with you to become a licensed short term rental, or assist you in finding long term renters (30+ days.)

If you are beginning your business or just have questions about ADUs (Additional Dwelling Units,) we have been there!  Our goal is to create spaces that provide the consistency and comfort of a hotel while providing an unmatched local experience.  We will work with you to determine a marketing plan, potential pricing structure for your area and amenities, and suggest comprehensive next steps to get your rental furnished and occupied.

We offer unparalleled hospitality and hosting standards, curating guest experiences that consistently receive 5 stars.  Our comprehensive short term rental property management agreement includes all hosting and cleaning responsibilities as well as purchase and replacement of all consumables (coffee, tea, paper products, linens.)

SHORT TERM RENTAL CONSULTATION $75

 Includes property analysis, market comparison, city requirements, hospitality standards, and general design schedule in a 90 minute consultation.

Includes personal and consultative design suggestions, guiding purchasing decisions of color pallet, furniture, and decor to enhance your space. You will receive easy to follow shopping lists from 3-5 stores taking your overall design budget and goals into consideration.

Abbie is amazing - her space is thoughtful, well-equipped with so many amenities that made it feel like home. For example, the space had a washing machine, complimentary coffee/tea/bagels/local yogurt. In addition, Abbie provided multiple types of soap and shampoo and other bathroom essentials. But most of all, the decor and thought that was put into creating this space was awesome. This space was definitely a reflection of the quirky cool city Portland is. If you are ever in Portland, I definitely would recommend!
